It is necessary to consider how to transfer the cross-wail load of the upper plate to the lower plate. In the position of the plate with 150mm*700mm vertical aluminum plate decorative lines, aluminum alloy limit members are set on the upper beam of the lower plate, and the limit members are inserted into the vertical keel of the upper plate to form cross-wale load transmission. In addition, the project adopts the plate and groove embedded parts.
(3) The modeling of the project plate is complex, so it is necessary to focus on the design of processing, transportation and lifting point. When assembling plate and transporting plate, it is necessary to consider the stability of plate lying flat, and adjustable tire rack should be designed according to plate type, so that plates of different specifications can be used. The plate is attached with aluminium curtain wall decorative line, so it should be considered that the center of gravity of the plate overlaps with the hoisting steel wire during hoisting.
